– 30 day blackout period – clients are not permitted off premises except to meet with Dr or attend therapy sessions

– Seen by Psychiatric NP within 24hrs

– Same services as IOP:

• 9 hours weekly group therapy
• Individualized therapy
• Group therapy
• Connection with community resources
• Med management (prescribing psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff)
• Case management: assistance with ID, bus passes, reconnect with family, etc

– Engaging therapy through variety of methods:

• art therapy
• meditation
• yoga
• outdoor activities
• spiritual
• social events

– Transportation

– Housing

– Food assistance
